Customer Testimonials
Maria T. — Anaheim Hills, Full Roof Replacement
After two other contractors gave me vague estimates, Pro Budget Roofing came out and walked me through every single line item. They replaced my entire aging tile roof in just three days, and the crew was respectful of my landscaping the whole time. My neighbors kept stopping by to ask who was doing the work because the job site looked so organized. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product — my home looks brand new.
James R. — Platinum Triangle Area, Emergency Leak Repair
A heavy rainstorm left me with water coming through my ceiling at 9 PM on a Tuesday. I called Pro Budget Roofing and had someone on the phone within minutes who walked me through temporary protection steps. A crew was at my door first thing the next morning and had the leak fully repaired by noon. The pricing was fair and they even inspected the surrounding area at no extra charge. These guys are the real deal when it comes to emergency response.
Sandra L. — Colony Park Neighborhood, Flat Roof Installation
I have a flat roof on my mid-century home and finding a contractor who truly understands that system was a challenge until I called Pro Budget Roofing. They installed a new TPO membrane roof and explained every step of the process before they started. The team finished ahead of schedule and left my yard cleaner than they found it. Six months later my roof is performing perfectly through the summer heat.
David K. — West Anaheim, Shingle Roof Replacement
Pro Budget Roofing replaced my 25-year-old asphalt shingle roof and I could not believe how smooth the whole experience was. The project manager called me each evening to give me an update on progress and next steps. The crew hauled away every scrap of old material and even swept the driveway with a magnet for nails. The new roof looks fantastic and the price was thousands less than quotes I got elsewhere in Orange County.
Patricia M. — Anaheim Resort District, Tile Repair
Several clay tiles on my roof cracked after some recent high winds and I was worried about matching the color and style of my existing roof. Pro Budget Roofing sourced tiles that matched almost perfectly and the repair blends in seamlessly. The technician was knowledgeable and explained exactly why certain tiles were failing so I could prevent future issues. I have already referred three friends on my street to this company.
Kevin H. — Anaheim Canyon, New Construction Roofing
I hired Pro Budget Roofing to handle the roofing on my new garage and workshop build and they coordinated flawlessly with my general contractor. They showed up exactly when scheduled, which kept my entire project on timeline. The installation quality passed inspection on the first review with zero corrections required. I will absolutely use them again when it comes time to re-roof my main house.
Angela S. — East Anaheim, Roof Inspection and Maintenance
I purchased an older home in East Anaheim and wanted a thorough roof inspection before moving my family in. The inspector from Pro Budget Roofing spent nearly an hour on the roof and provided a detailed written report with photos. He was honest that many areas were still in good shape and only flagged two sections that genuinely needed attention. That kind of honesty saved me from overspending and earned my complete trust.
Robert F. — Brookhurst Corridor, Storm Damage Repair
After a severe wind event damaged several sections of my roof, Pro Budget Roofing responded faster than any other company I contacted. They documented everything thoroughly, which made working with my insurance company significantly easier. The repairs were completed to a higher standard than I expected at the price point. I am genuinely grateful for how professionally this team handled a very stressful situation.

Questions About Our Work and Reputation
How can I verify that your reviews are authentic?
All of our Google and Yelp reviews come from verified accounts tied to real users. You can check review dates, reviewer history, and project specifics to confirm authenticity. We also encourage you to ask us for references from recent customers in your neighborhood — we are happy to provide them.
What does your workmanship warranty cover?
Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for a defined period following project completion. This is separate from manufacturer material warranties, which we also pass through to our customers in full. If you experience any issue related to how the roof was installed, we will return and make it right at no cost to you.
What happens if something goes wrong after my project is completed?
We take post-project issues seriously and respond quickly. Simply call our office and a project manager will be assigned to assess the situation. If the issue falls within our warranty coverage, a repair crew will be dispatched promptly. Our goal is always to resolve concerns faster than you expect and to your complete satisfaction.
How do I verify that Pro Budget Roofing of Anaheim is properly licensed?
You can verify our California Contractors State License Board license number directly through the CSLB website at cslb.ca.gov. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured to perform roofing work in Anaheim and throughout Orange County. We encourage every homeowner to verify licensing before hiring any roofing contractor.
Do you guarantee your estimates?
Yes. Once we provide a written estimate and you approve it, that price is locked in. We do not add surprise line items or change order costs for standard project scope. If unexpected conditions are discovered mid-project, we communicate with you before doing any additional work so you always stay in control of your budget.
How do you handle negative feedback or complaints?
We treat every complaint as an opportunity to improve. Our team reviews all feedback, responds publicly to online reviews when appropriate, and contacts the customer directly to resolve any outstanding concern. Our strong review ratings reflect not just good initial work but our commitment to standing behind that work long after the crew leaves your property.
